Lead Paint Supervisor

We are working with a custom millwork manufacturer based in the Southeast that specializes in high-quality doors, moulding, and cabinetry for high-end luxury residential and commercial projects. They are part of a larger building products group and are known for craftsmanship, service, and a strong team-oriented culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all finishing operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and productivity

• Train and oversee painters/finishers while maintaining high workmanship standards

• Execute and supervise surface prep, color matching, and application of paints, stains, and coatings

• Coordinate production schedules, troubleshoot defects, and ensure deadlines are met

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of finishing experience in millwork, cabinetry, or door production

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong expertise in finishing techniques with a keen eye for color and quality
